this hotel was handy base for exploring cleveland, liked it. all the employees were great. we spent 2 nights in queen room.

There is a good lobby to relax in. Our king room had climate control and an electronic key card. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like souper market inc that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Moreover, it was great to have free parking, especially since its on site. Nice base for a 3-night stay.

A short walk to Gallucci's Italian Foods, where you can have lunch. Easy access to quicken loans arena. The hotel was close to Amtrak - Cleveland train station. Perfect for city trip...
